Termite Inspections

Ararat Exterminators offers full, detailed termite inspection reports that conform to all Structural Pest Control Board regulations. Our reports include all Section 1 and 2 as well as Further Inspection and Other findings as well as detailed recommendations on how to repair the problems. We also include our own bid should you desire for us to take care of the work.

We understand money is tight these days, so we've designed a way to help you reduce some of the costs associated with termite inspection and repair. If you authorize repair work totaling $1,500.00 or greater your inspection fee is on us, leaving you with a little extra spending money.

Already have a termite report prepared by someone else? Provide us with a copy of an existing report and we'll review the items listed at your property and provide you with a competitive quote, in writing, within 24 hours and, in most cases, a verbal quote on the spot.
